Meditating on your own requires some effort, while guided meditations literally walk you through a meditation and help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time. Guided meditations can range from five minutes to one hour and can be paired with theraputic messages and skill training.

Mindfulness Training - learning "in the moment" techniques that enhance peace and calm, which can reduce and prevent apprehensiveness.
Hypnotherapy -an altered state of awareness, perception or consciousness that is used, by licensed and trained doctors or masters prepared individuals, for treating psychological or physical problems in a highly relaxed state.
Bilateral Stimulation - stimuli (visual, auditory or tactile) which occur in a rhythmic left-right pattern. During meditation, auditory bilateral stimulation involves listening to tones that alternate between the left and right sides of the head.
