Relaxation and Sleep

 

Anyone who's ever experienced a fitful night of sleep knows that "just relax" is easier said than done. But theraputic guided imagery can help you to slip off while putting worries or discomfort behind you. Sleep meditations literally walk you through guided imagery and help you find a calm and peaceful state—one step at a time. Sleep tracks can range from five minutes to one hour and can be paired with theraputic messages and skill training. These personalized tracks can be played at bedtime or as needed.
