Amid all the on going updates and changes today, people are finding themselves overloaded and uncomfortable with their emotions. How to manage this sensory overload? NEWS DIET. Yes that is correct, when our system is processing too much information, too much emotion, too much change ... just like with food, it will become over full. So, together we will work to keep you updated with necessary and minimal anxiety information. In the meantime, please aim for moderation with all of your senses, not only in you're eating, but emails, news and social media.
